Job summary

The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups is seeking a Youth Worker (Project Officer) to promote its mission and develop youth exchange and leadership programmes. You will plan and manage programmes and lead fundraising and partnership efforts, engaging donors and stakeholders globally.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and at least three years of relevant experience, with strong English and Chinese, and proficient Microsoft Office and AI productivity tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in business management, communications or related field.
• Minimum three years of work experience.
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage youth exchange, leadership and development programmes.
• Drive fundraising, partnership development and sustainable income initiatives.
• Engage donors, partners, alumni and stakeholders locally, nationally and globally.
• Prepare reports, proposals and organisational communications.
• Lead and supervise the team to achieve Foundation goals.
