Job summary

Sun Life HK is seeking an experienced project management professional to establish and lead the Product Day 2 Governance Framework across the organization.

You will oversee end-to-end lifecycle of Day 2 initiatives, prioritize work, allocate resources, manage dependencies, and provide dashboards to executives. This role requires strong governance, stakeholder engagement and delivery excellence within a complex regional environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in Product Day 2/PM or related roles.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma are preferred.
• Strong planning, dependency management and delivery discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Product Day 2 Governance Framework and operating model.
• Establish standards, prioritization methods and delivery controls for Day 2.
• Maintain the centralized Day 2 portfolio and govern initiatives.
• Monitor portfolio health, risks and resource constraints.
• Produce dashboards and executive status reports for management.
• Coordinate end-to-end execution from concept to closure.
• Lead cross-functional reviews and mitigation actions.
