Job summary

Sun Life Financial is seeking a senior product professional in Hong Kong to drive the full product development lifecycle from research to launch, aligning with business goals and market needs. You will collaborate with internal functions and regional teams to deliver competitive life-insurance products and support business growth.

The role requires 8+ years in life insurance product development, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in Chinese, English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree holder.
8+ years of relevant life insurance experience in product development and management.
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and presentation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication in Chinese, English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research and analyze market trends to inform product propositions and positioning in HK and Mainland markets.
Lead product development initiatives from research through design, implementation and launch, aligning with business targets.
Coordinate with distribution teams to ensure marketability, sales storytelling and timely delivery across channels.
Develop forward-looking product strategy and roadmaps, and coach team members to enhance capabilities.
