• Undergraduate degree in finance, marketing, business, or related field.
• 10+ years relevant insurance experience and a strong track record in project delivery and execution.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Product Owner or Delivery Lead for the implementation of various product initiatives across the product lifecycle by partnering closely with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure delivery capacity, prioritization, and execution are aligned with business growth objectives.
• Drive execution excellence through disciplined planning, governance, and stakeholder management.
• Establish and own the enterprise product delivery strategy and operating model.
• Champion agile and modern delivery practices to improve speed, quality, and predictability.
• Own the development of user requirements and partner with IT BA/IT PM to deliver system changes.
• Provide insights into product delivery, technology and market trends.
• Effectively communicates desired outcomes based on the agreed product roadmap.
• Focus on risk management, work with legal and compliance departments to obtain necessary approvals and support, ensuring regulatory compliance.
