Job summary

Soho House Hong Kong is seeking a proactive Private Events Coordinator to manage bookings across up to 8 venues, act as the primary contact, and prepare BEOs using Tripleseat. You will coordinate with floor, bar, kitchen, AV and operations teams to ensure flawless event execution and revenue growth.

The role requires strong organization, excellent English and Cantonese communication, and the ability to build lasting relationships with members and corporate clients.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating private events and corporate bookings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and deliver high service levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event requirements, floor plans, menus and schedules.
• Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers.
• Ensure all event arrangements are confirmed and communicated.
