Job summary

Our client headquartered in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior/Junior Corporate Hospitality Ambassador to support VIP guest services, events and banquets on-site in Hong Kong Island. The role involves planning VIP receptions for executives and officials, crafting customized itineraries, and coordinating high-profile gatherings with attention to service quality.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in VIP hospitality or related fields, with fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above.
Experience in VIP hospitality, executive reception or luxury events.
Experience with government delegations or high-net-worth individuals is preferred.
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver VIP reception experiences for senior executives and distinguished guests.
Design customized itineraries and present corporate information professionally.
Coordinate executive meetings, receptions and hospitality programs.
Manage the full event lifecycle from planning to post-event evaluation.
Oversee venue operations, safety, and guest experience.
Develop service standards and collaborate with stakeholders for seamless VIP visits.
