Job summary

KOS International Limited seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise technology transformations around Microsoft 365, cloud migration and application modernization.

The role demands strong programme-management discipline, excellent stakeholder communication and the ability to drive multiple workstreams with visibility to senior leadership.

You will coordinate across vendors, manage budgets and report progress to steering committees, ensuring on-time delivery and business-aligned outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, CS, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Proven experience managing large-scale Microsoft 365 migration or cloud transformation projects.
• Strong programme and project management with budget, risk, dependency, and vendor oversight.
• Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
• Experience preparing management reports and executive governance materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of Microsoft 365 migration and cloud-transformation programmes.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors and business stakeholders to achieve objectives.
• Prepare executive presentations and steering-committee updates for management review.
• Communicate progress, risks and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
