Job summary

KOS International Holdings is recruiting a Senior Project Manager to lead Microsoft 365 migration and enterprise cloud-transformation initiatives in Hong Kong. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets and risks, and report to senior management with governance materials.

The role emphasizes strong stakeholder engagement, clear communication of technical concepts to business audiences, and delivering programs that align with strategic objectives across technology and operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, CS, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience leading large Microsoft 365 migrations and cloud transformations.
• Strong programme and project management with budget, risk, and vendor control.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and ability to translate technical concepts to business terms.
• Experience producing management reports and governance materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of Microsoft 365 migration and cloud-transformation programmes.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment of timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors and business stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Prepare executive presentations, steering-committee updates and decision papers for management review.
• Communicate project progress, key risks and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and business stakeholders.
