Job summary

theOrigo Limited is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a diverse PM team and drive high-impact digital initiatives across web and mobile projects. You will shape project frameworks, integrate AI tools, and ensure delivery excellence while aligning with client strategy and business goals.

Ideal candidates have 6–8 years in multi-project leadership, a degree in CS/IT/Business, and PMI/PMP preference, with strong English and Cantonese communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business.
• 6-8 years of experience managing multiple, complex website and mobile app projects.
• Minimum 2 years leading or mentoring project staff.
• Hands-on exposure to diverse project types (websites, apps, digital solutions).
• Experience refining operational workflows and delivery standards.
• Familiarity with AI tools to streamline PM workflows.
• PMP or PMI certification preferred.
• Excellent written/spoken English and Cantonese required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower a team of Project Managers and Assistants, setting strategy and development.
• Direct complex digital projects from initiation to completion with quality and client goals.
• Review and refine project management standards and workflows; implement AI capabilities.
• Oversee budgets, costs, and resource allocation across concurrent projects.
• Establish risk management frameworks and resolve inter-project conflicts.
• Conduct post-mortems and drive process improvements.
