theOrigo Limited is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a diverse PM team and drive high-impact digital initiatives across web and mobile projects. You will shape project frameworks, integrate AI tools, and ensure delivery excellence while aligning with client strategy and business goals.

Ideal candidates have 6–8 years in multi-project leadership, a degree in CS/IT/Business, and PMI/PMP preference, with strong English and Cantonese communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business.
• 6-8 years of experience managing multiple, complex website and mobile app projects.
• Minimum 2 years leading or mentoring project staff.
• Hands-on exposure to diverse project types (websites, apps, digital solutions).
• Experience refining operational workflows and delivery standards.
• Familiarity with AI tools to streamline PM workflows.
• PMP or PMI certification preferred.
• Excellent written/spoken English and Cantonese required.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager at theOrigo, you will serve as a key operational leader within our Project Team, bridging client strategy, technical implementation, and team leadership. Operating in a dynamic agency environment, you will drive high-impact digital initiatives—spanning web, mobile, and enterprise platforms—while shaping project management frameworks and integrating AI tools to elevate team efficiency and delivery excellence.

Your Role:

As part of our diverse and talented team, you will:

Lead, manage, and empower a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers setting strategic direction, delegating tasks, and fostering continuous professional development.

Direct and take full accountability for complex, large-scale digital projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables meet high quality standards and client goals.

Review, establish, and refine project management standards and workflows; actively identify and implement AI-driven capabilities to boost team efficiency.

Oversee project budgeting, cost controls, and strategic resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects to eliminate bottlenecks and prevent budget overruns.

Establish strategic risk management frameworks, anticipate organizational and project-level risks, and resolve inter-project resource conflicts.

Conduct regular project evaluations and post-mortems to capture lessons learned, driving ongoing refinement of process frameworks and tools.

What We’re Looking For:

We're seeking self-motivated individuals who are passionate about learning and growing:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent practical professional experience.

A minimum of 6-8 years of proven experience managing multiple and complex website and mobile app development projects in digital agencies or technology vendors.

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience leading, managing, or mentoring Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, or Project Executives.

Hands-on exposure across diverse project types (e.g., websites, mobile applications, custom digital solutions).

Experiences in reviewing, refining, and enhancing operational project workflows and delivery standards.

Familiarity with leveraging AI tools to streamline project management workflows and maximize team efficiency.

PMP (Project Management Professional) or PMI certification is highly preferred.

Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese is a MUST).

Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Project Manager position.
