Job summary

Protiviti Hong Kong is seeking an experienced AI Project Manager to lead end-to-end AI and Generative AI transformation initiatives for financial services clients. You will work with business and technology stakeholders to plan, execute and deploy AI programs that deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities include managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and executive communications, while driving AI solution delivery across chatbot, Generative AI, and AI agent projects.

We are seeking an experienced AI Project Manager to lead the delivery of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI transformation initiatives for clients across the financial services industry. The successful candidate will combine strong consulting and project delivery experience with practical exposure to AI implementation programs, helping clients adopt emerging AI technologies to drive business value.

This role will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to manage end-to-end AI programs, from strategy and planning through implementation and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of AI and digital transformation projects for enterprise clients.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive the implementation of AI solutions, including Generative AI, chatbots, virtual assistants, and AI agents.
• Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements, define roadmaps, and oversee execution.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and executive stakeholder discussions.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams across business, technology, data, and change management functions.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes.
• Support pre-sales activities, proposal development, and client relationship management where required.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, trends, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of project management, transformation, or consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience managing chatbot, Generative AI, or AI agent implementation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with executive audiences.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Preferred

• Consulting experience from a management consulting, technology consulting, or professional services firm.
• Familiarity with Microsoft AI technologies, such as:
