Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a senior product professional to drive development and implementation of saving products (traditional savings, Investment Linked and Universal Life). You will own end-to-end product delivery with a customer-first mindset, collaborating across teams to improve the customer journey and business outcomes.

You will lead multi-channel product initiatives, develop new ideas, and ensure timely, accurate deliverables while maintaining regulatory and governance

Qualifications

• University / College graduate with ~10–15 years in the insurance industry or actuarial field.
• Solid product development experience and understanding of operations and systems within product development.
• Creative, customer oriented and strong problem solving, with communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategies and explore new ideas to support multi-channel distribution.
• Lead product design and development cycles aligned with company strategies across projects.
• Collaborate with channels to deliver initiatives meeting multi-channel goals.
• Conduct focus groups with customers and frontline teams to test ideas.
• Provide training and district visits to frontline on new products and features.
• Coordinate with Pricing, Actuarial, Operations, Reinsurers, Agencies, Marketing, and partners to implement plans.
• Develop and review product literature, launch packs, and training materials.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and governance in product development and implementation.
• Lead maintenance tasks for inforce products and post-implementation reviews.
