Job summary

AXA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a Business Analyst/PMI-like professional to drive AI use cases, engage stakeholders, and translate business needs into data-driven solutions. You will shape problem statements, design requirements, and ensure responsible AI practices across insurance workflows.

The role emphasizes collaboration with business, data and IT teams, documenting user journeys, and ensuring change management to realize measurable value in a regulated financial services context.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Information Systems, Data/Analytics or related disciplines.
• 3-5 years in business analysis or product roles, with proven experience in digital/data/AI initiatives.
• Experience in insurance/financial services or large, regulated enterprises is an advantage.
• Strong requirements gathering, user story / acceptance criteria writing, and process modeling.
• Data literacy: comfort with datasets, SQL basics, data quality concepts and lineage; familiarity with RAG/LLM basics and prompt evaluation.
• Proficient with Jira and Confluence.
• Understanding of controls for security, privacy, and responsible AI in model-enabled workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical thinking, structured communication and presentation.
• Able to bridge business, data and engineering, translating complex topics into clear options and trade-offs.
• Comfortable in low code prototyping and iterative delivery, with a hypothesis-driven mindset.
• Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
