Manpower Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid user acquisition for game card trading. You will manage Meta Ads and Google campaigns, optimize bidding, budgets, creatives, and tracking to drive app installs and growth.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and exploring new channels like TikTok or LINE Ads, with a focus on regional Asia markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance marketing or paid user acquisition.
• Hands-on with Meta Ads and Google Ads including Search, Performance Max, and App Campaigns.
• Strong CPA, CAC, ROAS and LTV understanding.
• Fluent in Traditional Chinese and English; Japanese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, budget allocation, creative testing and performance optimization.
• Drive end-to-end user acquisition initiatives, focusing on app installs, customer growth, and campaign scalability.
• Develop and grow new acquisition channels, with a strong focus on expanding Meta into a key growth driver.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create, brief, and test ad creatives and messaging that maximize conversion performance.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance through analytics and attribution platforms, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Leverage automation, AI tools, and data-driven approaches to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Continuously identify, test, and implement new growth opportunities while reporting on campaign outcomes and key learnings.
