Care For You Company Limited is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage paid campaigns across Google and Meta, conduct keyword research in Chinese and English, and optimize pages for showroom visits and ecommerce in Hong Kong. You will track ROAS using GA4 and GTM, and craft landing pages and promotional emails to boost conversions.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in digital marketing, hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, and SEO tools, and strong bilingual

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing / performance marketing, preferably within B2C e-commerce, consumer healthcare, or an agency environment.
• Solid hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools.
• Strong command of written Traditional Chinese and English, with an understanding of localized Hong Kong consumer messaging.
• Design/Tech (Bonus): Basic working knowledge of WordPress/CMS platforms, HTML/CSS, eDM tools, and visual design tools.

Responsabilités

• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms to drive direct sales and lead acquisition.
• Perform local keyword research and execute on-page/technical SEO strategies tailored to Hong Kong consumer search behavior in Chinese and English.
• Track and analyze web traffic, user journeys, conversion funnels, and ROAS using GA4, GTM, and Search Console.
• Create and maintain campaign landing pages, website content, and promotional eDMs to optimize conversion rates for showroom visits, home trials, and e-commerce purchases.
