Job summary

Clove Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive paid user acquisition in Hong Kong, Taiwan and beyond. You will plan, launch and optimize campaigns on Meta and Google while owning the budget and CPA/ROAS/LTV payback targets.

Collaborate with creative teams, monitor performance data, and deliver regular reports. We value hands-on campaign management, regional marketing experience, and familiarity with performance tracking and modern ad channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years running paid acquisition with direct budget ownership, accountable for CPA, ROAS and LTV payback
• Hands-on campaign management on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, PMax, App campaigns)
• Fluent in Traditional Chinese (for HK/TW) and English

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and Google
• Own the budget and deliver on CPA, ROAS and LTV payback targets
• Collaborate closely with the creative team and improve ads based on performance data
• Keep tracking accurate and report results regularly
