Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking an experienced Kitchen Supervisor for the Catering Department at HK Clubhouses and racecourses. You will maintain cleanliness, stock rotation, daily mise en place, and prepare food for next-day service while delivering top-class guest service.

The role involves coaching cooks, monitoring HACCP hygiene, minimising waste, and ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety rules.

Qualifications

• At least F.3 standard.
• 6 years' relevant experience in a leading hotel or large catering establishment, including two years in a similar position.
• Solid hygiene knowledge in HACCP.
• Multi-skilled with thorough knowledge of all club food venues and menus.

Responsibilities

• Check cleanliness, order, and stock rotation across kitchen and wash areas.
• Prepare for next day with sauces, stocks, and fish.
• Manage daily mise en place and supervisor-approved prep.
• Deliver smooth, top-class service to guests.
• Coach and train cooks; assist in food requisitions.
• Ensure compliance with food safety programme and workplace health and safety rules.
• Minimise food wastage and respond to guests’ needs promptly.
