Job summary

Sandvik AB in Hong Kong is seeking an Order Desk Specialist to support aftermarket operations. The role handles sales and administration, manages job orders from start to end in line with SOPs, and tracks WIP while ensuring ERP data accuracy.

You will coordinate with service personnel, suppliers, customers and end-users, contribute to process improvements, and maintain documentation. A Higher Diploma or higher, 5+ years in customer service or sales support, and strong Excel/Power BI skills are

Qualifications

• 5+ years customer service or sales support experience.
• Proficient with ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and administration support to aftermarket operations.
• Job orders administration – preparing start to end, under SOP and tracking WIP.
• Ensure ERP data accuracy and maintain internal controls.
• Coordinate with service personnel, suppliers, sub-contractors, customers and end-users.
• Assist in strategies to improve team operations and performance.
