Delken Group Limited is seeking an Order Management Associate/Officer in Hong Kong. You will monitor daily order operations, prepare sales reports, handle orders, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery.

Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is required. The role requires a diploma or equivalent, 2+ years in supply chain/order operations, proficiency in MS Office with Excel skills, and SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma holder or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 2 years in supply chain management or order operation related areas.
• Basic understanding of supply chain management.
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, able to work under fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word) and Excel (V-look up & Pivot Table).
• Experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Overtime work may be necessary.
• Immediate availability highly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth handling of order-related activities and prevent missing/error orders.
• Prepare daily/monthly sales reports and follow up with related parties.
• Handle sales orders and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to achieve business objectives and support eStore sales.
• Improve eStore customer purchasing experience.
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as per assigned
