Job summary

Leighton Asia, part of the CIMIC Group, is seeking qualified engineers to oversee on-site construction activities in Hong Kong. The role focuses on supervision, drawing reviews, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely, safe project delivery.

Applicants should have a relevant degree and 3+ years of experience on large-scale projects, including buildings, healthcare, or infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Building Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Experience on large-scale building, healthcare, commercial, residential, mixed-use, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, quality control, and site supervision.
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working with main contractors is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise on-site works to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, and safety performance while ensuring compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.
• Review construction drawings, shop drawings, technical submissions, method statements, and material approvals.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Conduct site inspections and support project planning, reporting, handover, and completion activities.
