Job summary

Leighton Asia in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a major infrastructure program, ensuring quality delivery and on-schedule progress. You will monitor subcontractors, guide site teams, manage equipment and manpower within budget, and report progress to clients while maintaining strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Planning and supervising a construction project to ensure quality of delivery and progress timelines
• Monitoring progress of sub-contracted work on an ongoing basis and ensuring subcontractors performs to the agreed program
• Guide subordinate in taking corrective action in case of issues
• Managing equipment and manpower resources to ensure within budgeted costs
• Reporting progress against construction plan to clients as per project guidelines; develop strong working relationships with key client representatives
• Engage client representative, head contractor and subcontractor to achieve the works targets
• Monitoring adherence to safety and environment guidelines and regulations
