Job summary

CSC Futures (HK) Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Settlement Officer in the Settlement Department to handle daily settlement operations for HK and overseas futures, options and stocks.

You will report to the Head of Settlement, join a highly active team, and contribute to CCASS/DCASS tasks, client payments, and system enhancements. A finance or accounting degree and 2–3 years of relevant experience are required, with fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines.
• 2–3 years' experience in settlement operation for HK & overseas Futures/Options/HK Stocks/US Stocks.
• Familiar with CCASS/DCASS operations.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Strong PC skills in MS Word and Excel.
• Willing to work on shift and holidays.
• Self-motivated and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Directly report to the Head of Settlement Department.

• Participate in DCASS/CCMS/CCASS operation.
• Perform daily reporting of LOP for HKEX, CME/CFTC/ICE.
• Perform daily clients inward/outward payment and account opening.
• Assist in setting up Procedure Manual, launch of new products, UTA and system enhancement.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by the Management.

• Directly report to the Head of Settlement Department
• Perform daily settlement operation for HK & oversea Futures / Options / HK Stocks

• Perform daily clients inward/outward payment and account opening

Requirements:

• University graduated in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum 2-3 years' relevant experience in settlement operation for HK & oversea Futures / Options / HK Stocks / US Stocks

• Fluency in written/oral English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Strong PC skill & proficiency in MS Word Excel and Chinese word processing
• Willing to work on shift and holiday
