Job summary

• Collect customer feedback for service performance and continuous improvement.
• Plan and organize customer events.
• Use and update the department's Customer Relationship Management System.

SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE – RESIDENTIAL

3 years' relevant experience in hospitality or customer service, preferably in handling customers in luxurious residential / service apartment / hotel properties

Proven English & Putonghua and Cantonese proficiency

Passion to meet and work with people of different backgrounds

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proven experience in building strong customer relationship and management

Able to handle complaints and good at managing customer satisfaction

Forward thinking and good at problem-solving

Able to work under pressure and multi task

Willing to work in the office and at property sites

Able to work independently and as a strong team player

Responsibilities:
