Job summary

Henderson Land Development Company in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced property marketing professional to coordinate campaigns for residential projects. You will liaise with agencies, consultants and internal teams to craft materials and ensure timely delivery in line with brand guidelines.

You will manage production of videos, print ads and brochures, oversee timelines, and ensure compliance with the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree holder.
• At least 5 years' relevant experience in property marketing, advertising agency or real estate.
• Experience in managing agencies, consultants and cross-functional coordination.
• Familiar with marketing production processes and timelines.
• Strong project coordination and communication skills.
• Familiar with regulatory requirements for first-hand property sales.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for Senior Officer (Marketing) depending on suitability.
