Job summary

Airport Authority Hong Kong invites high-calibre talent to join its data analytics team to conduct data analysis, build dashboards, and support data integrity across the retail portfolio. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, enhance reporting methodologies, and assist with licensee performance monitoring.

Candidates should have a degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience; proficiency in Databricks, Power BI and MS Office is a plus; strong English and Chinese skills

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business Analysis, Information Management or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of experience in business analytics, data analytics and contract management.
• Experience with reporting/analytics platforms, Databricks and Power BI is a plus.
• Proactive, able to work independently and under pressure, with teamwork.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong English and Chinese communication; Putonghua preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports on airport retail performance (online and offline), including ongoing maintenance of the retail portfolio database.
• Develop data visualization dashboards using business intelligence platform.
• Maintain and enhance database data integrity and documentation for building knowledge base of M365 Copilot Agent.
• Communicate and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders on data access, business needs understanding and data analytics insight.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide actionable recommendations for enhancing data collection, analysis and reporting methodologies.
• Support team operations through data enquiries, inter-departmental follow-ups, contract administration, licensee business performance monitoring, market research and regular reporting.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Experience with Reporting and Analytics Platform including Databricks and Power BI is a plus

• Able to work independently and under pressure, as well as cooperate well with the team and stakeholders to achieve company goals

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is preferred
