Job summary

Airport Authority Hong Kong is seeking a capable leasing and retail asset professional to join our team. You will support leasing administration, handle tenancy matters, and contribute to market research to optimize our retail portfolio at HKIA.

Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will ensure timely project delivery, accurate record-keeping, and sustained revenue performance for HKIA’s retail assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management or related disciplines.
• At least 1 year of leasing and retail asset management experience.
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS applications and Chinese word processing.
• Strong English and Chinese communication; Putonghua preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support leasing administration, including tendering, document prep and record management
• Assist in daily leasing and tenancy matters, contract execution and monitor licensee performances
• Support fitting-out works: coordinate meetings, liaise with stakeholders, process permits, site inspections, reports
• Support market research and pre-marketing to achieve trade-mix and revenue goals
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Responsibilities

• Support leasing administration, including tendering process, document preparation, letter correspondence and record management
• Assist in handling daily leasing and tenancy matters, including enquiries, contract execution and monitoring licensees' performances to maintain a high-quality retail portfolio at HKIA
• Support fitting-out works by coordinating meetings, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, processing permit applications, conducting site inspections, and preparing reports to ensure the timely delivery of projects
• Actively support market research and pre-marketing exercise, with the aim of achieving the desired trade-mix plan and maximize revenue
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management or related disciplines
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in leasing and management of retail assets within sizable organizations
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS applications, and Chinese Word processing
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua preferred
