Job summary

Our Hong Kong Foundation Limited is seeking a Senior Officer, Institutional Development to support fundraising work, sponsorship activities, and the operation of the membership programme. You will coordinate with the Corporate Communications team and other internal departments, build strategic relationships with OHKF stakeholders, and assist in preparing presentations, fundraising materials, and reporting.

Qualifications

• University graduate with at least 5 years of solid experience in fundraising, marketing, communications, etc.
• Good interpersonal skills, and ability to work with people from a broad range of backgrounds internally and externally
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Experience in working with local, mainland, and international communities
• Knowledge in design, website management, database management, customer/donor support, and event management will be a definite advantage
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet expected timelines
