Job summary

Prudential Hong Kong is seeking a proactive Learning and Development Coordinator to support the rollout of training initiatives across the agency and wealth management teams. You will help deliver programs across classroom, virtual, and recorded formats, ensuring engaging and relevant learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Communications, Advertising/Media, Psychology or equivalent.
• Professional qualification(s) preferred: FLMI, CFP, FChFP.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in insurance / banking / other wealth management industry;
• Experience in distribution support or front-line sales is preferable;
• Preferably with work background in life insurance industry

Responsibilities

• Support the supervisor in rolling out learning and development initiatives to meet productivity goals and selling professionalism
• Monitor the business performance and provide timely reports to PRUVenture associates to achieve planned targets
• Deliver learning and development programs through classroom, virtual, and recorded formats
• Assist the supervisor in identifying opportunities by reviewing data, market trends, and business trends, while developing ideas to support PRUVenture recruitment
• Support agency/ Company events and any ad-hoc duties as assigned
