Job summary

Prudential Services Asia is seeking a Learning & Development professional to assist in rolling out initiatives that boost productivity and selling professionalism. You will monitor business performance and provide timely reports to PRUVenture associates, and deliver programs through classroom, virtual, and recorded formats for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Communications, Advertising/Media, Psychology or equivalent (professional qualifications preferred: FLMI, CFP, FChFP)
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in insurance / banking / other wealth management industry; experience in distribution support or front-line sales is preferable; life insurance background preferred
