Job summary

Prudential plc is seeking a Learning & Development Support professional to help roll out initiatives that boost agency productivity and selling professionalism across channels.

The role involves delivering programs in classroom, virtual, and recorded formats, monitoring performance, and providing timely insights to support recruitment and business targets within PRUVenture. Collaborative and data-driven approach encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Communications, Advertising/Media, Psychology or equivalent.
• Professional qualification(s) preferred: FLMI, CFP, FChFP etc
• Minimum2-3years’ experience in insurance / banking / wealth management;
• Experience in distribution support or front-line sales is preferable;
• Preferably with work background in life insurance industry

Responsibilities

• Support the supervisor in rolling out learning and development initiatives to meet agency productivity goals and selling professionalism.
• Monitor business performance and provide timely reports to PRUVenture associates to achieve targets.
• Deliver learning programs through classroom, virtual, and recorded formats for diverse audiences.
• Assist in identifying opportunities by reviewing data and market trends to support PRUVenture recruitment.
• Support agency events and ad-hoc duties as assigned
