Qualifications

Hands-on experience with switches, routers, Wi-Fi controllers, IPS/IDS, firewalls, load balancers, and network monitoring.
Strong TCP/IP knowledge in LAN/WAN, Windows, Linux, VMware, and SAN storage.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in network support and administration.
Degree in IT or related fields (non-degree holders with relevant experience considered).

Responsibilities

Deploy, install, maintain, troubleshoot network and server infrastructure.
Provide planning and support for Internet, Intranet, websites, user application systems, hardware, and system software.
On-call support for production incidents and shift duties.
Monitor network performance and diagnose issues; implement resolutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability of enterprise infrastructure.
