Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited seeks a Contract Senior Systems Analyst to manage network upgrade projects and oversee the Central ERKS and library system maintenance. The role requires hands-on experience with CISCO IOS, firewalls, and network design.

The incumbent will coordinate with contractors, prepare documentation, and support helpdesk staff. A strong background in government procurement and site preparation is beneficial. Project duration is 3 months.

Qualifications

• Experience (at least 5 years) in supporting network switches and Internet firewalls.
• Experience (at least 4 years) in supporting Linux servers.
• Experience (at least 4 years) in site preparation activities, e.g. network cable planning.
• Experience (at least 3 years) in supporting proxy server.
• Experience with ERKS, SSO server and library system is an advantage.
• CISCO IOS/CIP expertise and firewall/NDN/VLS experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, implementation and monitoring of network infrastructure projects.
• Oversee implementation work for rollout and maintenance of ERKS and library system.
• Prepare project documents and perform function tests.
• Liaise with contractors for product delivery and system changeover.
• Provide support to helpdesk and end users.
• Occasional on-call duties including weekends/holidays.
