Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited invites applications for Contract Systems Analyst to join the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau revamp project. You will design and implement IT infrastructure, provide server and network support, and coordinate with contractors and users.

The role requires extensive experience in CISCO IOS, IT infrastructure, and government procurement, with strong written English and Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on experience in managing and maintaining network equipment.
• Administration of Windows Server and Windows 10 PC Clients; Windows 11/Server 2022/2025 is a plus.
• Site preparation of IT facilities in new/remote offices.
• Good written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support on network infrastructure and servers mainly in Windows environment of HYAB.
• Design and implement the revamp of computer equipment for example network infrastructure, servers and client PC of HYAB.
• Prepare procurement documents on IT products and services for the revamp of IT infrastructure of HYAB.
• Communicate with other parties like contractors, users on the revamp project of IT equipment of HYAB.
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors.
