Job summary

InfoTech is seeking a Contract Senior Systems Analyst to oversee departmental network and IT infrastructure for EEB(EB) and EPD. The role focuses on operations, security, and AI-enabled infrastructure enhancements under government projects.

Candidates should have 8–10+ years in network and systems management, with CCNP/HCIP and PMP/ITIL credentials preferred. The assignment runs Nov 2026 to Jan 2027, based in Hong Kong with multiple office sites.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Recent IT working experience in Government.
• CCNP or HCIP certification; and
• PMP or ITIL certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support daily operations of departmental network and IT infrastructure.
• Implement IT policy and guidelines for users to ensure security protocols.
• Plan, design and manage network infrastructure including firewalls, routers and VPNs.
• Lead network team and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and upgrades.
