Job summary

Seamatch Asia Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced network and security specialist to design, implement, and support enterprise-grade WAN, LAN, and security infrastructure. You will lead ICT projects end-to-end, coordinate tenders and technical docs, and drive security audits.

You will mentor juniors and explore SDN topics like Cisco ACI, with Cantonese and English proficiency. A Bachelor's or higher diploma in CS/Engineering/IS is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in network technology and IT security/auditing.
• Experience with Cisco ecosystems and routing/switching protocols.
• Experience in contractor/project tender management.
• Proficient English and Cantonese.
• CCNP or CCIE is an advantage.
• Education: Higher Diploma or Degree in CS/Engineering/IS.

Responsibilities

Network & Security Infrastructure: Design, implement, support, and troubleshoot enterprise-grade WAN, LAN, and network security infrastructure (including switching, routing, firewalls, wireless, and protocols like OSPF, BGP, IPsec VPN, VxLAN, and QoS).

Project & Vendor Management: Lead end-to-end ICT project management—including coordination with outsourced contractors, business stakeholders, and enterprise customers—from design and deployment to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Tendering & Technical Documentation: Prepare tenders, technical specifications for hardware/software/services, and comprehensive project documentation (LLD, implementation plans, network diagrams, and O&M guides).

Security & Compliance: Conduct and coordinate Security Risk Assessment and Audits (SRAA) for systems and application projects.

Team Leadership & Continuous Learning: Guide and mentor junior teammates, while proactively picking up emerging technologies such as network virtualization and SDN (e.g., Cisco ACI).

Requirements

Education & Certifications: Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information System, or related disciplines. CCNP or CCIE is an advantage.

Technical Expertise: Minimum 4 years of solid hands-on experience in network technology, server/network equipment administration for Internet/Intranet, and IT security/auditing. Deep familiarity with Cisco ecosystems and advanced routing/switching protocols.

Project & Tender Experience: Proven background in contractor management, project management, and tender preparation and administration.

Soft Skills & Languages: Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivated, proactive learner capable of working independently, with a good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
