Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Contract Senior Systems Analyst (Bid Ref 61401-1) to support a government IT project in Central and Sheung Wan. The 3-month assignment runs from 01 Nov 2026 to 31 Jan 2027.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in Enterprise Application Integration, Java frameworks (e.g. Struts), Oracle Server administration and system maintenance, plus strong skills in analysis, design and on-site delivery across Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Experience in Government legal workflow system is advantageous.
• Knowledge in development, implementation and support of web-based application systems.
• It is required to render on-site support services at user offices in Hong Kong.
• At least 8 years post-qualification experience; 3+ years in a similar post.

Responsibilities

• Project planning and monitoring.
• Assist in project and contractor management.
• Perform system analysis and design.
• Develop programs.
• Conduct tests (unit, integration, system, load) and security reviews.
• Produce and maintain documentation; assist users with UAT and training.
• Provide maintenance and on-going support for IT systems.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on project and maintenance work.
