Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited seeks a Contract Senior Systems Analyst for a 3‑month project in Sheung Wan. You will design and implement network infrastructure for new server rooms, configure switches/routers, firewalls, and VPN gateways, and maintain core IT networks.

You will coordinate with contractors and provide end-user support, including on-call duties. The role requires 7+ years in Cisco IOS, router configuration, and security; 4+ years in site prep and VPN; a related degree, and

Qualifications

Experience (at least 7 years) in supporting Cisco Router/Switches.
Experience (at least 6 years) in supporting Internet firewall.
Experience (at least 5 years) in site preparation activities, e.g. network cable planning.
Experience (at least 3 years) in supporting Private VPN and proxy server.
Bachelor’s degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
At least 8 years post-qualification experience with 4 years in a similar post.

Responsibilities

Design network infrastructure for new server rooms and offices.
Configure network equipment including switches, routers, hubs, firewalls and VPN gateways.
Maintain network infrastructure including network equipment, data lines, servers and PCs.
Troubleshoot network problems and coordinate with vendors for resolutions.
Coordinate site preparation work with contractors and internal teams.
Provide support to helpdesk staff and end users, including on-call duties.
Perform additional duties related to department systems as needed.
