Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join its IT Infrastructure team in Hong Kong. You will maintain and enhance enterprise network services, ensuring high availability, strong security, and reliable connectivity across the organisation.

Responsibilities include supporting network infrastructure, troubleshooting incidents, and contributing to upgrades and security improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of IT Infrastructure experience with at least 3 years in enterprise networking.
• CCNA or equivalent networking certification.
• Hands-on experience with routing, switching, wireless, and firewall technologies.
• Experience delivering infrastructure projects or supporting network operations in a corporate environment.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation relating to network architecture and configurations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and administration of the organisation's enterprise network infrastructure.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve network-related incidents involving firewalls, switches, wireless networks, and other connectivity technologies.
• Participate in infrastructure enhancement initiatives, including technology upgrades, migration activities, and continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain and strengthen network security by implementing best practices, standards, and operational procedures.
• Monitor the health, performance, and capacity of network systems to ensure optimal availability and reliability.
• Configure, maintain, and support network security technologies, including firewalls, switching environments, wireless infrastructure, and security monitoring solutions.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and service providers to deliver infrastructure projects and operational improvements.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation relating to network architecture, configurations, and operating procedures.
• Support additional infrastructure-related tasks and projects as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, with at least 3 years specialising in enterprise networking.
• Professional networking certification such as CCNA or an equivalent certification from a recognised networking vendor.
• Solid hands-on experience supporting enterprise network environments, including routing, switching, wireless networking, and firewall technologies.
• Experience delivering infrastructure implementation projects or supporting enterprise network operations within a corporate environment.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN, routing, switching, wireless technologies, and network security principles.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and security management tools would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese. Mandarin is an added advantage.
