• Plan, coordinate, design, implement, and maintain data and communication network services, components and associated infrastructure.
• Ensure the security and policy compliance of the enterprise IT networks, WAN/LANs, and networking equipment, network administration tools, and integrity of the systems and data.
• Manage projects related to networks, including installation, relocation, upgrade, optimization, etc.
• Manage and provide daily support and manage the security devices and network infrastructure.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, timely fault rectification of technical issues related to networking equipment and services.
• Monitor the network service availability and security management, provide professional advice and enhancements.
• Work closely with vendors for project assignment, backend support services and project co-ordination with users.
• Maintain network diagrams, project documents and make sure that comprehensive records of all network settings are kept.

• Degree in IT/CS/EE or equivalent.
• Min. 6 year working experience on switching, routing and Cisco network devices.
• Proficient knowledge of networking, LAN / WAN, TCP/IP networking, firewall, VPN, DNS, router and switch, Wi-Fi networks, Cloud infrastructure, etc.
• Extensive knowledge of networking protocols, technologies and security. Well- acquainted with the advanced technologies.
• Excellent in troubleshooting and analytical ability as well as good interpersonal skill as a team player.
• Possess the drive, self-initiative, creativity and the responsibility; able to work under very tight schedule.
• Willing to perform work or provide support beyond office hour.
