Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Senior Multi-Site General Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio across Southern Vancouver Island. You will provide hands-on leadership across all lines of business, drive strong financial performance, and ensure service excellence while developing site leaders and partnering with clients and district leadership.

The role demands strategic oversight, rigorous safety and compliance, and a proven ability to manage complex operations and large teams in a dynamic hospitality

Qualifications

• Senior management experience in multi-site operations.
• Experience managing P&Ls and budgets.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent client relationship skills.
• Travel locally and seasonally; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership across all locations, ensuring safe, efficient, and consistent service delivery.
• Set clear expectations for operational standards and coach site teams.
• Conduct site visits, audits, and reviews to ensure contract compliance and service quality.
• Own financial performance across the portfolio, including revenue, labour, and cost controls.
• Lead and develop a multi-site management team and succession planning.
• Promote a safety-first culture and ensure all safety standards are met.
• Support district initiatives, mobilizations, and transitions.
