Job summary

Operations Manager – Student Housing (Pre-management)

Lead the pre-opening setup for new student housing projects and manage ongoing operations for awarded university residential sites. You will drive operational standards, build a scalable campus-housing model, and liaise with university partners, property managers, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

Manage pre-opening planning, vendor onboarding, facility handovers, and SOP development to establish a replicable operational standard

Oversee ongoing property management, site safety, vendor performance, and resident service quality across active sites

Serve as the main contact for university student offices, property management companies, and event organizers

Align internal teams to ensure seamless delivery

About you

Degree in Hospitality, Property Management, Business, or Public Administration preferred

10+ years in service operations

Local university hall or residential experience is a major plus

Strong project management, team leadership, and stakeholder management skills
