Job summary

You will lead on-site governance, manage cross-site operations, and implement digital capabilities to modernize campus operations, ensuring safety and premium service across our multi-site network.

Qualifications

• MNC background with 10–12+ years of progressive operations leadership experience.
• Experience managing group-level strategy and hands-on in-market execution across multi-site environments.
• Mandatory experience managing multi-site operational P&L including budget allocation and cost control.
• Proven track record leading pre-opening readiness and new facility launches.
• Deep commitment to premium customer experiences while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Exceptional ability to influence across matrixed stakeholders including executives and partners.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor regional operations leads across campus clusters (GBA, Greater China, Asia).
• Ensure daily execution aligns with AISL Harrow standards, regulations, and brand expectations.
• Drive cost optimization, vendor deals, and local revenue opportunities across campuses.
• Lead pre-opening framework for new schools and digitalised operations workflows.
• Standardize operating procedures and enforce QA framework across campuses.
• Facilitate change management for central initiatives and tech deployments.
