• Good command of English and Chinese (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Perform maker role for mortgage business, including documentation prep and vetting.
• Handle loan operations, title deeds checks and mortgage discharge.
• Ensure services are delivered within the service pledge.
• Adhere to departmental guidelines and bank policy; report deviations to supervisor.
• Handle ad-hoc matters and tasks assigned by supervisor.
