Job summary

Global International Credit Limited is seeking a diligent professional to handle end-to-end mortgage loan administration in our Hong Kong office. You will prepare contracts, oversee drawdowns, process repayments, conduct credit searches, and ensure accurate data entry across our systems.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain smooth operations, and assist in monthly reporting, portfolio analysis, and credit statistics to support risk management and decision

Qualifications

• Higher diploma or above in Banking, Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, Accounting or relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in credit administration.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and proficient in Chinese word processing.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end mortgage loan administration, including contract preparation, loan drawdown/disbursement, repayment processing, credit searches, and accurate system data entry.
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Assist in preparing regular monthly reports, credit statistics, and portfolio analysis
• Monitor and manage loan collateral to ensure proper credit risk control
• Support daily operational workflows in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
