Job summary

China CITIC Bank International is seeking an Officer/Senior Officer in Mortgage Operations in Hong Kong. The role involves acting as a maker for mortgage products, preparing and vetting documents, and managing loan operations including title deeds and discharge.

Job Purpose
Perform maker role for mortgage product in compliance with the Bank's policy and guidelines & / or regulatory requirement.

Key Responsibilities

Perform maker role for mortgage business, including documentation preparation & vetting, loan operation, title deeds and documents checking and mortgage discharge;

Ensure all services to be delivered within the agreed service pledge;

Ensure adherence to departmental guidelines and compliance of the Bank's policy;

Report all process deviations to supervisor;

Handle ad-hoc matters and tasks assigned by supervisor from time to time.

Requirements

Secondary education or above;

Minimum 2 years’ experience in loan operations/ documentation;

Good knowledge on Companies Ordinance and legal requirements for perfection of loan documentation;

Good knowledge and concept in mortgage products;

Proficient in MS Office;

Prudent and attentive to details;

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
