HSBC in Hong Kong is seeking a Mortgage Specialist / Senior Mortgage Specialist I to join the Retail Banking and Wealth team in Shatin, New Territories. You will outreach to intermediaries, collect mortgage applications with required documents, and pass them to the Mortgage Sales Centre for fulfilment, ensuring high service standards.

You will need strong mortgage product knowledge, project leadership across stakeholders, independence with teamwork, excellent communication, MS Office skills, and

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in Mortgage products and credit guidelines.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead change across stakeholders to deliver results.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with team and staff from frontline and internal departments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, in English and Chinese.

Responsabilités

• Outreach to acquire mortgage sales from intermediaries (developers, brokers, real estate agencies, solicitors).
• Handle mortgage referrals and contact customers for appointment and submission.
• Meet customers and collect completed applications with documents, pass to Mortgage Sales Centre for fulfilment.
• Maintain service standards and enhance customer experience through mortgage service.
• Collaborate with agency/brokers/solicitors to cultivate relationships.
