Headsearch21 Consultancy Ltd. is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead show promotion activities for a leading B2B exhibition.

The role covers events planning, client servicing, and executing wide-ranging marketing campaigns, including digital and social media efforts, from speaker invitation through on-site management. You will collaborate with internal and external teams, travel occasionally to China and overseas, and drive business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Advertising, Communications, Social Media, or related fields preferred.
• At least 8 years’ project management and sales & marketing experience in exhibition/event/advertising industry or related fields.
• Experience in B2B sales & marketing is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua).

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement show promotion activities, events, and prepare promotion materials to attract exhibitors.
• Conduct events planning, client servicing and organized programmes.
• Implement promotion and marketing activities including seminars and conferences, from speaker invitation to on-site event management.
• Establish and maintain relationships with chambers of commerce, associations, sales partners, suppliers and customers.
• Handle business development and marketing of a leading B2B exhibition.
• Produce marketing collateral from research, copywriting, layout design to promotion with social media and digital tactics.
