Adsale Exhibition Services Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Sales and Marketing Manager to lead global marketing efforts for its international industrial exhibitions. You will drive multi-channel campaigns, manage projects, and coordinate with partners to maximize attendee and exhibitor engagement.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and at least 12 years in marketing, with strong English and Putonghua skills. Hong Kong-based office with excellent development prospects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• 12+ years of marketing and communications experience, preferably in trade shows or B2B.
• Experience in both offline PR and digital/online marketing.
• Strong project management, analytical, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full spectrum of marketing initiatives for international exhibitions (online and offline).
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, digital promotions, PR, events and conferences.
• Drive digital marketing campaigns to attract buyers and exhibitors.
• Analyze market trends and behaviors to shape marketing strategies and content directions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event execution.
