Job summary

Qualifications

• HKIS (GP Division) and/or RICS membership preferred; APC candidates considered.
• 3-5 years' experience in property or asset valuation.
• Strong interest in the Hong Kong property and investment market.
• Outgoing with excellent interpersonal skills; able to work independently and interact at all levels.
• Well-organized, highly self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of AI technology and daily workflow enhancement is desirable.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervising a valuation team to conduct market research and execute property valuation projects and reports.
• Maintaining accuracy and consistency in report preparation; ensuring valuation workflows meet professional standards and statutory regulations.
• Handling government tender projects and liaising with relevant professional parties and clients.
