Dudley Surveyors Limited in Quarry Bay, HK, seeks a Senior Manager (Property / Assets Valuation) to lead a valuation team on market studies and valuation projects.

You will ensure accuracy in reports, manage tender projects for government work, and liaise with clients and professionals. HKIS/RICS membership preferred; APC candidates considered; 3-5 years' valuation experience; strong English and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• HKIS (GP Division) and/or RICS membership preferred; APC candidates considered.
• 3-5 years' experience in property or asset valuation.
• Strong interest in the Hong Kong property and investment market.
• Outgoing with excellent interpersonal skills; able to work independently and interact at all levels.
• Well-organized, highly self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of AI technology and daily workflow enhancement is desirable.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Requirements

Qualified member of HKIS (GP Division) and/or RICS is preferred (candidates sitting for APC / nearing qualification will also be considered)

3-5 years' relevant working experience in property or asset valuation

Strong interest in the Hong Kong property and investment market

Outgoing with excellent interpersonal skills; able to work independently and interact effectively at all levels

Well-organized, highly self-motivated, and possesses strong problem-solving abilities

Knowledge of AI technology and experience in daily workflow enhancement is desirable

Good command of spoken & written English

Proficient with Microsoft Office
